The Junior League of Philadelphia, Inc. (JLP) Sustainers invite you to enjoy the beauties of the famed Philadelphia Flower Show and the exceptional masterpieces of the Barnes Foundation along with your fellow Junior League members during Flowers, Barnes & Fun.
Join us for three delightful days in Philadelphia. We’ll welcome you to our city with dinner at The Acorn Club. The next morning, prior to the doors opening to the public, a VIP tour of the Philadelphia Flower Show will guarantee a full view of the spectacular displays with plenty of room to wander. You’ll have time to relax after the show before we gather for dinner at The Cosmopolitan Club. Our final day will begin with a farewell breakfast buffet at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown hotel, followed by a self-guided audio tour of the Barnes Foundation, which houses the most outstanding impressionist/neo impressionist paintings alongside multi-discipline international works of art.

Registration deadline is November 15, 2016. Please note the Refund Policy for Flowers, Barnes & Fun:
- Registrants who cancel a reservation prior to November 16, 2016 will receive a full refund.
- Registrants who cancel after November 15, 2016 and prior to January 1, 2017 may receive a partial refund as follows:
- If the reservation can be filled from the waiting list, $75 will be retained by the JLP and the balance will be refunded.
- If the reservation cannot be filled, no money will be refunded.
- Registrants who cancel after December 31, 2016 will not receive a refund.
Travel and Lodging
Guests arrange their own travel and accommodations. Accommodations are NOT included in package fee. The JLP has negotiated a special room rate of $189/night (single or double room) with the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown hotel. Reservation deadline for this special rate is December 1, 2016. Please follow this link to the Marriott’s reservation page for this event. Valet parking is available to overnight guests at the hotel at a rate of $49.00 (inclusive of tax) per vehicle, per day.
The JLP strongly suggests you consider adding insurance to your travel plans, due to uncertain weather at that time of year. All events will take place regardless of weather.
